	The BEARS voted to accept the proposed Constitution at the May meeting.  See Constitution Page for info. TORNADO Damage To Repeater: The BEARS Repeater was damaged in the April Tornado.  The Wichita Amateur Radio Club (WARC) is graciously allowing us to use their 146.79 repeater for our nets until we can repair our repeater.
